2025 IJIO Special Issue Conference on “Industrial Organization and Industrial Policy”

ICE collaborated with International Journal of Industrial Organization (IJIO), the official journal of the European Association for Research in Industrial Economics, to organize a special conference at the University of Hong Kong, to advance discussions on industrial policies in China, Asia, Europe, the United States, and globally. The conference featured participation from four IJIO editors (or co-editors) and fifteen international experts who presented their latest research related to industrial policy. Additionally, over 60 top scholars and practitioners from Hong Kong and the greater China region engaged in the discussions, fostering a vibrant exchange of ideas on this important topic. The papers presented in the conference will be published in a special issue on “Industrial Policy and Industrial Organization” in IJIO.
